- Zinc-coated or galvanized steel wire – Hot-dipped galvanized steel wire and electric galvanized steel wire are available.
- Zinc-aluminum alloy coated steel wire – Also known as galfan wire.
- Polymer-coated steel wire – A zinc-aluminum or zinc steel wire that has PE, PVC, or other types of organic polymer coatings.
- Stainless steel wire – 304, 316, and other grades are available.
- PVC-coated steel wire – A wire with PVC coating has an improved anti-rust performance and toughness.
Barb Wire Strand Structure Options
There are two types of barb wire structures which include:
Single Barb – This structure is also known as 2-point barb. 2-point barb wire fences have a single barb wire that is twisted on the line or strand wire.
Double Barb – Double barb wire is also called 4-point barb wire. 4-point barb wire fences have 2 barb wires that are twisted on the line wire. They are suitable for heavy-duty applications.
Barb Wire Twist Types
The wire of the barb wire fences can be twisted in 2 ways such as:
Traditional Twist – In this type of twist, the strand wire will be twisted in a single direction. Then, the barbs are positioned then twisted between the 2-line wire. It has a simple structure. Also, it is sometimes called conventional twist.
Reverse Twist – Reverse twisted barb wire fences have steel wires that are twisted in the reverse or opposite direction. Then, their barbs are positioned and twisted outside of the 2-line wire. These types of fences have higher tensile and breaking strength than traditional ones. They can also withstand high impact from outdoor applications.

Q3:Are the fences get rust easily?
A3:Before painting,the fences must be sand-blasted and cleaned three times: water cleaning– parkerising– water cleaning. The powder we use are Dupont or Aksu which are the international famous brands,to ensure the plastic layer beautiful ,firm and smooth, the surface is resistant to ultraviolet and corrosion.
Q4:What is your sample policy?
A4:We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the courier cost. And all the sample cost will be refunded after you place the order.
Q5:How long warranty does your company can provided for fence product?
A5:Our product can last for 10 years at least. Usually we will provide 5-10 years guarantee.
